How it works

  1. Pull

    Pull the tab to release the vacuum. The foam expands as air enters.

  2. Pack

    Place your product, gel packs, and any inner packaging inside, leaving room to close the flap.

  3. Seal

    Peel off the release liner and press the adhesive flap closed.

How are the mailers packaged for storage?

Mailers arrive flat and vacuum-sealed, so they take up minimal space. You can keep more inventory near your packing stations and activate each mailer only when you're ready to pack.

How does the pull tab work?

Pull the tab to release the vacuum, and the foam begins expanding right away. Place your product and gel packs inside while it expands, so the foam fills in around the contents. Then seal the mailer.

How do I choose the right mailer size?

Allow room for your product, inner packaging, and gel packs, plus enough space to close the mailer securely. Share your complete pack-out dimensions and we'll recommend a size.

Do I need gel packs?

For cold shipments, yes. Refrigerants are typically part of the pack-out. The type, quantity, and conditioning depend on your product, target temperature, and shipping conditions.

How long will the mailer keep my shipment cold?

It depends on your complete pack-out and the conditions in transit. Our mailers are designed to maintain 2–8°C for 24–48 hours with the right configuration. Contact us to discuss your temperature range and transit time.
